Commencement 1.1 These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 22 May 1992. 1993 No. 287 SHIPS (CAPITAL GRANTS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2 2. Amendment 2.1 The Ships (Capital Grants) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations. 1993 No. 287 SHIPS (CAPITAL GRANTS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3 3. Regulation 3 (Declarations: categories of ships-paragraph 6 (2) (a) of the Act) 3.1 Paragraph 3 (3) (a): Add at the end "or". 3.2 Subregulation 3 (3): Add at the end: "; or (d) on voyages between places outside Australia in the period beginning on 22 May 1992 and ending at the end of 30 November 1993: (i) on which passengers are carried; and (ii) for which accommodation on board the ship is not required for overnight use by the crew of the ship; or (e) on voyages, except voyages on which passengers are carried, for the purpose of positioning the ship outside Australia or of repositioning the ship in Australia.". 1993 No. 287 SHIPS (CAPITAL GRANTS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 4 4.
