1996 No. 2 SUPERANNUATION (FORMER ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 4

4.1 After Schedule 13, insert:
                           "SCHEDULE 14                Regulation 17

MODIFICATION-PARTICIPATION IN APPROVED SUPERANNUATION SCHEMES 1. Section 240
(Transfer of assets etc. to approved superannuation schemes) 1.1 Omit
subparagraphs 240 (1) (a) (i) and (ii), substitute:
'(i) became members of the approved superannuation scheme in accordance with
section 238; and

   (ii) both immediately before, and immediately after, becoming members of
        the approved superannuation scheme, were employed by, or were members
        of the staff of, the same authority or body, being an authority or
        body for the employees and members of staff of which benefits are
        provided by the approved superannuation scheme; and'.".
