STATISTICS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2010 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 304 OF 2010)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Statistics Regulations to update which areas of certain prescribed premises the Statistician or an authorised officer is empowered to enter. This is in recognition of the emergence of new dwelling types in Australia, such as secure apartment buildings and gated communities.
