SPACE ACTIVITIES REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 186 - REG 9.06

Non-payment of fees

If any amount of a fee referred to in regulation 9.02, 9.03, 9.04 or 9.05 remains unpaid after the time when it becomes due for payment, it is a debt due to the Commonwealth and may be recovered in a court of competent jurisdiction.
