SPACE ACTIVITIES REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 186 - REG 9.05
Fees in respect of applications for exemption certificates
- (1)
- For subsection 59 (4) of the Act, the fee in respect of an
application for an exemption certificate is $11 000.
- (2)
- The fee referred
to in subregulation (1) is the price of the taxable supply within the
meaning of the GST Act.
- (3)
- For subsection 59 (8) of the Act, the fee referred to in
subregulation (1) must be paid at the time when the application is made.
