For paragraph 54 (1) (b) of the Act, the procedure set out in subregulation (2) is prescribed.

(2) The person to whom a direction is given under paragraph 52 (2) (c) of the Act must, as soon as practicable:

(a)

record the action that has been taken, or that is proposed to be taken, in response to the direction; and

(b)

if the person is not the holder of the space licence for the launch facility concerned, provide to the holder a copy of the record and the direction to which the record relates.

Penalty:
50 penalty units.

An offence against this regulation is an offence of strict liability within the meaning of section 6.1 of the Criminal Code .
