For paragraph 54 (1) (a) of the Act, the procedure set out in subregulation (2) is prescribed.

(2) The Launch Safety Officer for a licensed launch facility:

(a)

must record each direction given under paragraph 52 (2) (c) of the Act; and

(b)

must provide a copy of it to the Minister within 10 working days after it is given.
