SPACE ACTIVITIES REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 186 - REG 4.01
Criteria for overseas launch certificates
- (1)
- For paragraph 35 (2) (d) of the Act, the criterion set out in
subregulation (2) is prescribed.
- (2)
- No part of the space object or objects
concerned, in which the person has an ownership interest, must be or contain a
nuclear weapon or a weapon of mass destruction of any other kind.
