SPACE ACTIVITIES REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 186 - REG 3.01
Criteria for launch permits
- (1)
- For paragraph 26 (3) (h) of the Act, the criterion set out in
subregulation (2) is prescribed.
- (2)
- The person has an adequate
environmental plan for conducting the launch or launches, and any connected
return.
