For this Part, a flight test plan for conducting a test flight:

(a)

must set out the purpose of the test flight; and

(b)

must show the configuration of the launch vehicle or vehicles to be tested; and

(c)

must give details of the flight tracking system for the launch vehicle or vehicles; and

(d)

must set out the procedures for the launch or launches; and

(e)

must set out the procedures for terminating the test flight; and

(f)

must make provision for recording the results of the test flight; and

(g)

must set out the arrangements for reporting those results to the Minister.
