SPACE ACTIVITIES REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 186 - REG 2.03
Criteria for kind of launch vehicle
- (1)
- For paragraph 18 (g) of the Act, the criterion set out in
subregulation (2) is prescribed.
- (2)
- The kind of launch vehicle must be as
effective and safe for its intended purpose as is reasonably possible having
regard to its design and that purpose.
