SPACE ACTIVITIES REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 186 - REG 2.02
Criteria for launch facility
- (1)
- For paragraph 18 (f) of the Act, the criterion set out in
subregulation (2) is prescribed.
- (2)
- The launch facility must be as
effective and safe for its intended purpose as is reasonably possible having
regard to its design, its construction or proposed construction and that
purpose.
