In these Regulations:
"accredited translator", of a document that is not in English, means a person
who:
- (a)
- is accredited, by the National Accreditation Authority for
Translators and Interpreters, Australia, as a translator in English and the
language in which the document is written; or
- (b)
- is accredited, or otherwise recognised, as a translator in those languages
by the competent authority of another country that is responsible for the
accreditation or recognition of translators in that country.
"Act "means the Space Activities Act 1998 .
"auditor "means an independent auditor registered under the Corporations Law.
"Flight Safety Code "means the document called `Flight Safety Code', published
by the Department, as in force on 26 June 2001.
parent body of a body corporate (the subsidiary ) means a body corporate that:
- (a)
- is incorporated by or under a law of the Commonwealth or of a State or
Territory or is a foreign corporation; and
- (b)
- is a holding company, directly or indirectly, of the subsidiary; and
- (c)
- is not a subsidiary of another body corporate.
