Commencement


  1. These Regulations commence on the date of commencement of section 9 of
the ANL (Conversion into Public Company) Act 1988.

  2. Regulation 2 of the Superannuation (Approved Authorities) Regulations is
amended by inserting:
  "ANL Limited" after:
