Minimum retiring age


  Regulation 5 of the Superannuation (Retiring Age) Regulations is amended-
  (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (j) "or"; and
         (b)  by adding at the end of sub-regulation (1) the following word
and paragraph:

            ";  or (l)  an officer or employee of the Australian Shipping
Commission.".
