Minimum retiring age


  Regulation 5 of the Superannuation (Retiring Age) Regulations is amended-
  (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (i) "or" (second occurring); and
         (b)  by adding at the end of sub-regulation (1) the following word
and paragraph:
     "; or (k)  a member of the Australian Secret Intelligence Service.".
