1994 No. 67 REMUNERATION TRIBUNAL (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2.1 Add at the end:

"; (h) the appointment, by Letters Patent, of a person as a Commissioner to
inquire into:

        (i)    the effectiveness and suitability of existing arrangements for:

                (A)  the mechanisms for the control and accountability of the
                     Australian Secret Intelligence Service ('the Service');
                     and

                (B)  the organisation and management of the Service; and

                (C)  the protection of the Service's intelligence sources and
                     methods; and

                (D)  the resolution of grievances and complaints relating to
                     the Service; and

        (ii)   whether any changes in existing arrangements are required or
               desirable.".
