1988 No. 349 RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS (PUBLICATION) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Publication of notices etc. under subsections 9(2), 16(3), 16(4), 20(1) and 66A(2) of the Act

Regulations 3 of the Radiocommunications (Publication) Regulations is amended
by omitting subregulation (1) and substituting the following subregulation:

"(1) A notice under subsection 9 (2), 16(4), 20(1) or 66A(2) of the Act shall
be published in the Gazette.".
