1990 No. 77 RURAL INDUSTRIES RESEARCH REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Regulation 4 of the Rural Industries Research Regulations is amended by
inserting after subregulation (2) the following subregulation:

"(2A) The whole of the levy imposed by the Goat Fibre Levy Act 1989 is
declared:

   (a)  to be the research component; and

   (b)  to be attached to the Special Research Fund and the Special Research
        Council with effect from 1 April 1990."
