1. Amendment


  1. The Quarantine (Animals) Regulations are amended as set out in these
Regulations.
(NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act
1901, s.48.)

2. Regulation 52 (Registration of zoological gardens, circuses and theatres)


  2.1 Subregulation 52 (2):
  Omit the subregulation, substitute:
  "(2) The application and the licence must each be in a form approved by the
Director.".
