5. Where before the commencement of these Regulations an application has been
made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of a decision under
sub-regulation 86B (1), 86B (3), 86C (1) or 86F (8) of the Quarantine
(Animals) Regulations and that application has not been finally disposed of
before that commencement, the amendments effected by these Regulations do not
apply in relation to that application.
