1983 No. 200 QUARANTINE (ANIMALS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 7

7(1) In sub-regulation (2) the reference to a service relating to a
consignment is-

   (a)  a reference to a service within the meaning of regulation 86D of the
        Quarantine (Animals) Regulations relating to a consignment within the
        meaning of that regulation 86D; or

   (b)  a reference to a service within the meaning of regulation 86E of the
        Quarantine (Animals) Regulations relating to a consignment within the
        meaning of that regulation 86E.

(2) Notwithstanding the amendments effected by these Regulations, where a
service relating to a consignment is provided before and partly after the
commencement of these Regulations, the fee prescribed under the Quarantine
(Animals) Regulations that would have been payable in respect of that service
if these Regulations had not been made shall, for the purposes of Part VIIIA
of those Regulations, be the fee payable in respect of that service.
