Principal Regulations


  1. In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Public Works
Committee Regulations.

  2. Regulation 12 of the Principal Regulations is repealed and the following
regulation substituted:
Non-application of Act to certain authorities
  "12. It is hereby declared that the Act does not apply to an authority of
the Commonwealth that is specified in Schedule 3.".

  3. The Principal Regulations are amended by adding at the end the following
