PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 48 - REG 3

3. Regulation 15 (Prescribed hours of attendance for part-time officers for purposes of paragraphs 29C (2) (a) and (b) of the Act)

3.1 Omit the regulation, substitute: Hours of attendance for part-time
officers-s 29C of the Act

"15. (1) For paragraph 29C (2) (a) of the Act, 36 hours each week is
prescribed for all offices.

"(2) For paragraph 29C (2) (b) of the Act, 1 hour each week is prescribed for
all offices.".
