1985 No. 29 PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT)

  Regulation 171AA of the Public Service Regulations is repealed and the
following regulation substituted:
Public authorities for the purposes of Part IV of the Act
  "171AA. (1) For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of 'public
authority' in sub-section 87 (1) of the Act, the following body corporate,
being a body corporate, other than a Commonwealth authority, in which the
Commonwealth or a Commonwealth authority has a direct or indirect pecuniary
interest, is prescribed, namely, the Australian Aircraft Consortium Pty.
Limited.
  "(2) For the purposes of paragraph (d) of the definition of 'public
authority' in sub-section 87 (1) of the Act, the following body corporate,
being an association incorporated under the Associations Incorporation
Ordinance 1953 of the Australian Capital Territory, is prescribed, namely,
Calvary Hospital A.C.T. Incorporated.".
