1982 No. 54 PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

After regulation 109F of the Public Service Regulations the following
regulation is inserted: Protection of members of Promotions Appeal Committees
and Central Promotions Appeal Committees

"109FA. An action or proceeding, civil or criminal, does not lie against a
member (including the Chairman) of a Promotions Appeal Committee or of a
Central Promotions Appeal Committee for or in respect of any act or thing done
in good faith by the member in his capacity as such a member.".
