(1) Subject to sub-regulations (2) and (3), the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations as amended by these Regulations apply in relation to the rate of salary per annum, or the scale of rates of salary per annum, of an officer who occupies an office in the Third Division described in Column 1 of Part I of Schedule 1 to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations, in Group 1 or 2, in respect of any period after 6 November 1980.
