PUBLIC SERVICE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2011 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 141 OF 2011)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Public Service Regulations 1999 to include consequential amendments arising from amendments to: the Fair Work Act 2009; the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009; the Fair Work (State Referral and Consequential and Other Amendments) Act 2009; and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Act 2005. These regulations also update the definition of the term ‘Commissioner’s Directions’ in the Dictionary to the Principal Regulations.
