PRIVACY (PRIVATE SECTOR) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2008 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 60 OF 2008)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Privacy (Private Sector) Regulations 2001 to allow a further 21 organisations to use a Centrelink identifier to access records, in order to determine whether a person is entitled to receive a service or assistance, or is entitled to early release of superannuation on the grounds of hardship.
