PRIVACY (PRIVATE SECTOR) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2007 (NO. 4) (SLI NO 296 OF 2007)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Privacy (Private Sector) Regulations 2001 to allow a further 27 organisations to access Centrelink records, in order to determine whether a person is entitled to receive a service or assistance, or is entitled to early release of superannuation on the grounds of hardship.
