PATENTS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1997 No. 192 - REG 4

4.1 Schedule 7, Part 3: Add at the end:
  "8    late payment fee under Rule 16bis.2 of the PCT

the greater of:

   (a)  50% of the amount of the unpaid fees
specified in the invitation; and

   (b)  the amount of the transmittal fee;
but not more than the amount of the basic fee".
