1995 No. 16 PATENTS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 39
39. Formal amendments of Schedule 1 (Budapest Treaty on the International Recognition of the Deposit of Microorganisms for the Purposes of Patent Procedure)
39.1 Omit the heading:
"Budapest Treaty on the International Recognition of the Deposit of
Microorganisms for the Purposes of Patent Procedure", substitute:
"BUDAPEST TREATY ON THE INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION OF THE DEPOSIT OF
MICROORGANISMS FOR THE PURPOSES OF PATENT PROCEDURE".
39.2 Omit the heading:
"Regulations under the Budapest Treaty on the International Recognition of the
Deposit of Microorganisms for the Purposes of Patent Procedure" and the Table
of Provisions following that heading.
39.3 After article 20 of the Treaty, insert the heading and Table of
Provisions set out in Schedule 1.
