1991 No. 71 PATENTS REGULATIONS - REG 5.15

5.15 An opponent may at any time withdraw opposition by:

   (a)  filing a written notice of withdrawal that is signed by him or her;
        and

   (b)  serving a copy of the notice on the applicant.
