1991 No. 71 PATENTS REGULATIONS - REG 23.9

23.9 (1) If, before the commencing day:

   (a)  the second year after lodgment of a complete specification ends; and

   (b)  the continuation fee prescribed in respect of that year in relation to
        the specification is payable but has not been paid; item 8 of Part 2
        in Schedule 7 is taken to include a fee of $75 in respect of the
        second anniversary.

(2) If, before the commencing day:

   (a)  the second year of a patent ends; and

   (b)  the renewal fee prescribed in respect of that year in relation to the
        patent is payable but has not been paid; item 8 of Part 2 in Schedule
        7 is taken to include a fee of $75 in respect of the second
        anniversary.
