1991 No. 71 PATENTS REGULATIONS - REG 22.19

Copies of certain documents to be supplied 
22.19 A copy of a document that:

   (a)  affects the ownership of a patent or licence; and

   (b)  has been witnessed; must be filed by a person who seeks to have the
        Commissioner consider the document for the purposes of the Act or
        these Regulations.
