1991 No. 71 PATENTS REGULATIONS - REG 20.4

Procedure for registration
20.4 A person may apply for registration as a patent attorney in the approved
form together with:

   (a)  evidence that the person is an Australian citizen; and

   (b)  evidence of the person s age; and

   (c)  a certificate issued to the person under regulation 20.16
        ("certificate of completion of examinable subjects and of academic
        qualifications"); and

   (d)  evidence that the person has been employed as required by regulation
20.3 ("requirements for registration"); and

   (e)  certificates in the approved form by 3 persons to whom the person has
        been known for not less than 12 months immediately before the
        certificates are given that the applicant is of good fame and
        character.
