1991 No. 71 PATENTS REGULATIONS - REG 20.2

  20.2 (1)   An application under this Chapter, other than an application

under regulation 20.4 ("procedure for registration") or 20.19 ("restoration of
patent attorney s name to the Register"), may be made by sending it to the
Patent Office addressed to the Secretary to the Board.

(2) An application under regulation 20.4 or 20.19 may be made by sending it to
the Patent Office addressed to the Commissioner and marked for the attention
of the Secretary to the Board.
