1991 No. 71 PATENTS REGULATIONS - REG 19.2

19.2 (1) A request made to the Commissioner under paragraph 194 (c) of the
Act ("information obtainable from the Commissioner") must be in the approved
form.

(2) A request under Article 15 (5) of the PCT for an international-type search
to be carried out must be made by the applicant referred to in that Article
within 3 months of the making of the application referred to in the Article.
