1991 No. 71 PATENTS REGULATIONS - REG 10.14

Form of request: claim under assignment or agreement 
10.14 A request under subsection 113 (1) of the Act ("persons claiming under
assignment or agreement") for a direction of the Commissioner must be in the
approved form.
