Commencement


  1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1987.

  2. Schedule 2 to the Passports Regulations is amended:
  (a)  by omitting from item 1 "$60.00" and substituting "$66.00"; and
  (b)  by omitting from item 1A "$25.00" and substituting "$27.00".
