6. (1) Notwithstanding the amendment of sub-regulation 7 (2) of the Principal
Regulations made by these Regulations, that sub-regulation shall continue to
apply to and in relation to the renewal of an Australian passport issued
before the day on which these Regulations come into operation.

(2) Notwithstanding the omission of sub-regulation 11 (8) of the Principal
Regulations by these Regulations, that sub-regulation shall continue to apply
to and in relation to an endorsement made on an Australian passport in
relation to a prescribed minor before the day on which these Regulations come
into operation.
