PROTECTION OF THE SEA (CIVIL LIABILITY) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 206 OF 2009)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Protection of the Sea (Civil Liability) Regulations 1983 to increase two application fees payable to the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) for the issue of insurance certificates and make a number of minor amendments to update references to position titles and clarify that increased fees are payable only in respect of applications for certificates received after the amendments have commenced.
