1990 No. 55 PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) (EXPLORATION PERMIT FEES) REGULATIONS - REG 3

3. For the purposes of subsection 4 (1) of the Act, the fee payable is:

   (a)  $1,000; or

   (b)  an amount calculated at a rate of $50 for each block to which the
        permit relates at the commencement of the year; whichever is the
        greater.
