- Description:These Regulations amend the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Management of Safety on Offshore Facilities) Regulations 1996 to correct errors that have been identified since amendments to the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Management of Safety on Offshore Facilities) Regulations 1996 were last made in 2004 and improve administrative processes through providing consistency with other Commonwealth legislation.
