1990 No. 57 PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) (PIPELINE LICENCE FEES) REGULATIONS - REG 3
Fees-subsection 4 (1) of the Act
3. For the purposes of subsection 4 (1) of the Act, the fee payable shall be
calculated at the rate of $80 per kilometre or part of a kilometre of the
length of the pipeline as at the commencement of the year.
