Citation


  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Petroleum (Submerged Lands)
(Pipeline Licence Fees) Regulations.

Interpretation


  2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:
   "the Act" means the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Pipeline Licence Fees)
Act
1967.

Fees-subsection 4 (1) of the Act


  3. For the purposes of subsection 4 (1) of the Act, the fee payable shall be
calculated at the rate of $80 per kilometre or part of a kilometre of the
length of the pipeline as at the commencement of the year.
