PRIMARY INDUSTRIES (EXCISE) LEVIES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 49 OF 2009)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Regulations 1999 to allow for exemptions of transaction levies on sales of cattle, sheep, lambs and goats during the week of 23-27 February 2009, when the proceeds of the sale and an amount equivalent to the levies were donated to aid victims of the 2009 Victorian bushfires and Northern Queensland floods.
