PRIMARY INDUSTRIES LEVIES AND CHARGES (NATIONAL RESIDUE SURVEY LEVIES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 50 OF 2009)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Primary Industries Levies and Charges (National Residue Survey Levies) Regulations 1998 to allow for exemptions of transaction levies on cattle, sheep, lambs and goats sold during week of 23-27 February 2009, when the proceeds of the sale and an amount equivalent to the levies were donated to help victims of the 2009 Victorian bushfires and Northern Queensland floods.
