- Description:These Regulations amend the Primary Industries Levies and Charges (National Residue Survey Levies) Regulations 1998 to raise the NRS excise levy on deer to 4 cents per kilogram (an increase of 3 cents), to meet the rising costs of the NRS Deer Residue Monitoring Programme.
