- Description:These Regulations amend the Parliamentary Entitlements Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 1) to supplement the capped entitlements in exceptional circumstances and provide the Special Minister of State with the power to approve access to a member’s 2010-2011 supplement entitlement in the 2011-2012 financial year.
